Welcome to Mrs. Puckett's third grade class!
Hi! This is my seventeenth year of teaching at Columbus. For the first fifteen years, I taught 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies. Last year I taught 3rd grade self-contained. It was an awesome year for me and hopefully for my students. I am so looking forward of teaching 3rd grade again. I enjoyed teaching all the subjects, especially math.
I have a loving husband who is a mechanical engineer. WE have been married for thirty-six years. We have three sons who are all adults. One is married (my daughter-in-law is absolutely the best) and there is still hope that the other two will marry. I also have two dogs that keep me busy.
In my spare time, I read anything and everything. I love working crossword and Sudoku puzzles. I started knitting recently (thanks to the after school knitting club). I also garden and go to the gym to keep my body fit.
